Like all memorable recipes, Cuizina began with the blending of the right ingredients: a meeting of two individuals with the know-how, vision and passion to bring a much-needed new wave to the food and beverage industry. Liliane Zina Rahme and Michel Khalifat founded Cuizina to shake up the status quo in the field of events and catering, satisfying the appetite of clients for a higher level of gastronomic excellence founded on creativity, flavor and delivering an unforgettable experience.

Highly regarded for her refined taste and knowledge of the culinary and creative arts, Liliane Zina Rahme travels the world as an avid explorer, ever curious to discover the latest influences and trends. Liliane played an integral role in creating Cuizina’s identity and approach, securing it a place on the map as the most unique catering company in the Middle East and North Africa region.

A hospitality graduate of the renowned Les Roches University in Switzerland, Michel Khalifat has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry gained from multinational companies in Europe, the Gulf and Lebanon such as Sodexo, Sogeres, Abela, Gate Gourmet and as a general manager of Faqra Catering for 12 years. Michel was instrumental in driving the business’s status as one of the leading companies in MENA. Now, he brings this extraordinary know-how to Cuizina, to create a new experience unlike any other in the region.

Our Team

The team of Cuizina consists of people from different backgrounds. After many years of experience in culinary training in several countries around the world, such as Paris, India, Thailand, Italy, Spain, US & Lima; Cuizina can proudly say that they benefited from these trainings and developed and innovated new techniques adding value to their recipes.
